Yes, readers, people have been bidding high on a "Jar of Celebrity Air" posted on eBay yesterday, June 9.

The seller says the air was captured at the movie premiere for “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” starring Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

There are pictures on the auction page showing the jar being held up at the premiere as Jolie and Pitt both stop by to say greet fans and sign autographs. The winner of the auction also will receive two "Mr. And Mrs. Smith" T-shirts.

"Be the first to own this jar of Celebrity Air, which may contain air molecules that came in direct contact with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt!!," says the seller from Los Angeles, California.

Texas college student reveals contents of $5,401 Mystery Louis Vuitton Bag!!!

A 21-year-old Texas female college student has revealed the contents of a Louis Vuitton Murakami Speedy 30 handbag she won in a "mystery auction" on eBay for $5,401. (See Visit Auction link below)

A Sun news report identified the buyer as one Erin Boubel, Texas State University finance major "who ended up paying more than four times the retail price of the bag but got some pricey mystery add-ons as part of the package."

The handbag came with: a Magnavox portable DVD player, $510 in cash, Tanzanite earrings, a diamond and pink sapphire white gold ring, a Sony digital camera, a hard-to-find bottle of Victoria's Secret 88 and a 7-carat diamond bracelet. The seller threw in a bonus pink iPod mini.

The seller was identified as Shawn Shifflett, a 32-year- old resident of Virginia and regional manager of a communications firm. Shawn is currently running a Mystery Mailbox Auction

This is the actual left front wing used by Danica Patrick during the 2005 Indianapolis 500. On lap 154, Danica's car got sideways and hit Panther Racing's Tomas Enge in the process. Panther Racing personnel later discovered Danica's broken wing buried deep into Enge's car. Danica has agreed to autograph the wing.

Danica became the first woman to lead a lap at the historic 2.5-mile oval, and led the race a total of three times for 19 laps. The broken wing that Panther has put on eBay was the one that was on Patrick's #16 racecar when she led Lap 56, the first lap ever paced by a woman at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, accordind to ILikeRacing.com

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, has threated to sue a barbershop owner in Cincinnati, Ohio who secretly collected his hair after a trim and sold it for $3,000.

News reports said Armstrong, one of the three astronauts in the Apollo moon mission, had his hair trimmed once a month at this barbershop owned by one Marx Sizemore. He learned that Sizemore made money off his hair clippings and tried to retrieve them but the buyer reportedly refuses to give them back.

'Photoshopped' image of Mark Felt fetches $1,025!!!

Weird things do happen on eBay!!!

A photograph of ice cubes printed in magenta color and superimposed with a small cut out image of 'Deep Throat' had been sold on eBay for $1,025!!!.

The seller said it was "a digital photograph my 12 year old brother took and then printed out." The buyer was an eBay member from Arlington, Texas

Despite it being an obvious parody, some comments posted on the auction page were scathing. One said: "I don't know how you can sleep at night knowing that you are a fraud - selling something that is clearly man-made (not a "mystery")... and very poorly done at that."

But the seller, a 23-year-old male from High Point, N.C., told the media: "Whether you choose to believe that an image similar to Mark Felt is on the ice cube is your own choice... It's a metaphor for the 'cold case' of who 'Deep Throat' really was."

This auction also made it to the news: Online, nothing seems out of line in making buck off Nixon nemesis.
